Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. All approved guests are addressed on the wedding invite. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding primarily adults only event with the exception of a few who are named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to " The [ your last name ] Family" if your children have been invited. If your children are not invited the invitation will be made out to " Mr. and Mrs. " That being said we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We hope you understand & enjoy the night off as we can not wait to celebrate with you.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. Please arrive no later than 4:00PM to allow time to park, enter the venue and find a seat.

Please RSVP by August 18th. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can finalize seating, catering, and all the special details for our big day. If we don't receive your RSVP by August 18th, we'll assume you won't be able to attend. Thank you! we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure our photographers are able to do their best work in capturing our big day. We kindly ask you to respect our wishes and keep personal cameras and cell phones tucked away until cocktail hour. We will share all of our professional content with our guests once we have it.

Of course! We ask that all guests please drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home. Please do not bring your own alcohol as the venue has a strict policy prohibiting outside beverages. We will also have non-alcoholic drinks available all night long! :)

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue & vendors in the timely manner they have given us. Thank you for understanding.

Reserved parking for VIP guests is available behind the bunk house. All other guests are kindly asked to park in the main grassy area located at the venue entrance. Vehicles may be left overnight; however, all cars must be retrieved by 11:00 am on Sunday, September 13th.

While we're hoping for beautiful weather on our wedding weekend, a little rain won't dampen our celebration! Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, but we have an indoor backup location ready in case of inclement weather. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors, with outdoor access available for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Please use the designated outdoor areas and remain a respectful distance from the venue entrances and indoor spaces. Thank you for helping us keep the venue enjoyable for everyone!

The front row at our ceremony will be reserved for our immediate family, while all other seating is open on a first-come, first-served basis. For the reception, guests will have assigned seats. A seating chart will be displayed on the big day to help you find your table and seat.

Around 8:00 PM, we'll be doing a staged grand exit so all of our family and friends can be part of the celebration and photos before the evening winds down. The reception will conclude at 10:00 PM, when the bar closes. We kindly ask that all guests depart the venue by 11:00 PM.
